Refund & Exchange Policy

At Splaxsy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, please review our refund and exchange policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item:
 • is unused and unwashed
 • is in its original condition
 • has all original tags and packaging attached

To request a return or exchange, please contact us in advance at splaxsy.com@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not cover the cost of returning items under any circumstances.

If you are requesting an exchange, the cost of returning the item to us is paid by the sender. Replacement items will be shipped only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing splaxsy.com@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate solution will be provided.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
